"I tried another system from a different company at first and ended up throwing it away as it didn't work all the time ,the remotes wouldn't stay connected, tech service wouldn't call me back and it moved so slowly. This autoglide unit from Autoslide is wonderful. Remotes work all the time, as do the modes for pet and lock. I had a small glitch and I reached out to tech support. They emailed me in a couple days and worked with me to solve the problem. They didn't leave me hanging. The belt drive system on the Autoglide works quietly and quickly just like a store entrance door. It was more expensive than the other one but it's quality is far better."
